Consent Form

If you are under 18, and are hoping to take part in one of our training sessions, you will need to have a consent form filled out prior to the event.

The consent form can be downloaded here, and is in PDF format. If you require this in any other format, please let us know.

If you do not have a completed consent form, and a suitable helmet, you will not be allowed to take part.
